Please mail in your payment within a reasonable time (1-2 weeks) to the address below. If we don't have your check within two weeks, you may be bumped down the order and it is possible your team may get closed out of the tournament. If you need more time to make the payment please contact us at your earliest convenience so other arrangements can be made.
